Testimonials - Sandy Kitching

'What fantastic photos - I really do hope our paths cross again in the near future, your photography is not only technically amazing but has so much emotional contribution, you manage to capture feelings.... truly brilliant.  I got so engrossed in looking at your photos this morning I burnt my porridge!"

'Thank you so much for your time. I know Jenny had an amazing day, all be it a little painful (she fell off the horse). She loves the shots and cant wait to show them to everyone.'

Colin Morgan on his wife's Friesian Experience Beach ride, February 2015

Claire Craig on the renewal of her wedding vows to Stephen, 14 February 2015

‘Sandy has been coming to take photos here for years, spending hours in the company of our horses. We have such trust in her we often forget she's here, waiting patiently in the wings (in sun, hail and wind!) to get a natural shot of horse and rider caught unawares. Sandy has a rare talent to capture the individual personality of each horse through her images. The photos of Femma made me cry tears of joy'

Tracey Venter, owner of Black Horses Friesian Stud, Cartmel, January 2015

'Truly brilliant photos of our dogs competing at the Lune Dog Agility show. It's interesting to see in your shots the difference between Bran (weimaraner) and Cadno (collie). Although Bran has longer legs, we can really appreciate how tight Cadno is turning, both on the ground and in the air so she nearly always gets the faster time. I love the head shots and that you captured moments that nobody else has.'

Kay and Jon Mayes at Lune Valley Dog Agility, June 2014

‘WOW ......what fantastic pictures . Our daughter never likes photos taken of herself but... she was and still is on cloud nine. Beautifully captured, and so unobtrusively taken. Such a privilege to be around such incredibly beautiful, majestic and kind horses, and such lovely people. It was a great pleasure for us all, and your amazing photography will keep Elicia's memories alive for ever. Can't wait to come back and do it all over again.

Beverly Bonamy-Price on her daughters Friesian Experience morning at Black Horses Friesian Stud in Cartmel, March 2014

‘We surprised our daughter witha Friesian Experience Ride at the Black Horses. We particularly wanted photos that show off the manes of the horses as Jen rode them and including typical Friesian poses... and close enough to be able to see Jen well (inc the driving). Also - some posed close ups of Jen and the horses (with an emphasis on romantic rather than action feel). Although it was raining, Sandy stayed all day to get the shots we were after.’

Linda Hunter, November 2013

'Ushba is Sandy's favourite doggy model and they have a funny rapport. Sandy doesn't mind being floored during action shots and she even managed to get photos of our Pawcraft tea party for dogs looking very civilized!'
